Merge with the latest upstream commits made by Berichan to support HorizonOS 13.0.0.
This release is meant to be used with those games that uses a single joycon to be played, like Pokémon Let's Go.
This sys-botbase version does not work correctly with Sword/Shield and most of the other games.
This version only changes a line of code. I do not take any credit on the sys-botbase implementation.
The nsp file is not meant to be installed in your switch.
