Does "TMS" include also "WMTS"? |
Turns out it is used for all tiled responses (this even includes WMS getMap requests if they align to a tile). |

This PR allows user to specify custom Cache-Control HTTP header values on a tileset basis.
As caching of WMS responses makes little sense, implemented only for TMS.
