What's new in v0.4.0

  • Added 35 new Jokers
    • Primus (Exotic) - ^1 Mult, gains ^0.1 Mult if all cards in played hand are Aces, 2s, 3s, 5s, or 7s
    • Sob (Epic) - you cannot run... you cannot hide... you cannot escape... (Must have room)
    • Supercell (Epic) - +15 Chips, +15 Mult, X2 Chips, X2 Mult, Earn $3 at end of round
    • Doodle M (Epic) - Create a Negative consumable for each Jolly Joker when blind is selected (Minimum of 1)
    • Virgo (Epic) - This Joker gains $4 of sell value if poker hand is a Pair; sell this card to create a Polychrome Jolly Joker for every $4 of sell value (Minimum of 1)
    • Tiny (Epic) - X9 Chips until end of round if poker hand is a Pair
    • Bonus Joker (Epic) - Each played Bonus Card gives X1.5 Mult when scored; 1 in 15 chance for each played Bonus Card to give +1 Joker slot when scored (works once per turn)
    • Celestial Globe (Rare) - X1 Chips, gains X0.2 Chips if poker hand is a [random hand] (hand changes after increase)
    • Notebook (Rare) - 1 in 15 chance to gain +1 Joker slot per reroll in the shop; X3 odds if there are 3 or more Jolly Jokers (works once per round)
    • Morse Code (Rare) - Earn $1 at end of round; increase payout by $2 when a Joker with an Edition is sold; gain X2 if sold Joker was Jolly Joker
    • Scrabble Tile (Rare) - 1 in 3 chance to create a Jolly Joker when hand is played
    • 2D (Uncommon) - Retrigger each played 2 two additional times
    • AP Joker (Uncommon) - X4 Mult against Boss Blinds
    • Unjust Dagger (Uncommon) - X1 Mult, when Blind is selected, destroy Joker to the left and gain one-fifth of its sell value as XMult
    • Monkey Dagger (Uncommon) - +0 Chips, when Blind is selected, destroy Joker to the left and add quadruple of its sell value to this Chips
    • Pirate Dagger (Uncommon) - X1 Chips, when Blind is selected, destroy Joker to the right and gain one-fourth of its sell value as XChips
    • Mondrian (Uncommon) - X1 Mult, gains X0.25 Mult if no discards were used this round
    • Sapling (Uncommon) - After scoring 30 Enhanced cards, sell this card to create an Epic Joker (will create a Rare Joker if Epic Jokers are disabled)
    • Meteor Shower (Uncommon) - Foil cards each give +75 Chips
    • Exoplanet (Uncommon) - Holographic cards each give +15 Mult
    • Stardust (Uncommon) - Polychrome cards each give X2 Mult
    • Fast Food M (Uncommon) - +70 Mult, self destructs in 2 rounds; increases by 1 round when Jolly Joker is sold
    • M Stack (Uncommon) - Retrigger all cards played once for every 2 Jolly Jokers sold
    • Neon M (Uncommon) - Earn $2 at end of round; permanently increase payout by $1 for each Jolly Joker at end of round
    • Reverse Card (Uncommon) - Create a Holographic Jolly Joker if discarded poker hand is a Pair (self destructs)
    • Red Bloon (Common) - Earn $20 in 2 rounds (self destructs)
    • Labyrinth (Common) - All hands are considered the first hand of each round, all discards are considered the first discard of each round
    • Fridge Magnet (Common) - Earn $3 at end of round; earn X3 if there are 4 or fewer Joker cards
    • :D (Common) - Create a random Joker when purchased; sell this card to create a random Joker
    • Jolly Joker? (Common) - Create a Jolly Joker when a Joker is sold (works once per round)
    • Kidnapping (Common) - Create a Jolly Joker when Zany Joker, Mad Joker, Crazy Joker, Droll Joker, or Sly Joker is sold
    • Bubble M (Common) - Create a Foil Jolly Joker if played hand contains a Four of a Kind (self destructs)
    • Bonk (Common) - Each Jolly Joker gives +12 Chips; increase amount by +1 if poker hand is a Pair
    • Loopy (Common) - +0 hand size, +1 hand size for each Jolly Joker sold
    • Sacrifice (Common) - Create a Jolly Joker when a Spectral card is used (works twice per round)
  • Added 4 new Editions
    • Mosaic - X2.5 Chips
    • Oversaturated - All values are doubled, if possible
    • Glitched - All values are randomized between X0.1 and X10, if possible
    • Astral - ^1.1 Mult
  • Added 1 new Enhancement
    • Echo Card - 1 in 2 chance to retrigger 2 additional times when scored
  • Added 1 new Tarot
    • The Eclipse - Enhances 1 selected card into an Echo Card
  • Balance changes
    • Negative Joker - now +4 Joker slots, was +3 Joker slots
    • Queen's Gambit - now costs $7, was $10
    • Triplet Rhythm - now Common, was Uncommon; now costs $6, was $7
    • Canvas - now costs $18, was $15
    • Light up the Night - now X1.5 Mult, was X1.75 Mult
    • Double Scale - now costs $18, was $13
    • Number Blocks - now costs $14, was $12
    • Boredom - now costs $14, was $12
    • Caramel - now costs $12, was $11
    • Googol Play Card - now 1 in 8, was 1 in 10
    • Exponentia - now starts at ^1 Mult, was ^1.1 Mult

Installation

Ensure that the latest beta version of Lovely is installed.
Download Cryptid.zip, which contains the latest version of Cryptid, Talisman, and Steamodded 1.0.
Move the contents of this file into %AppData%/Balatro/Mods.
Note that the vast majority of Steamodded mods are incompatible with Steamodded 1.0.
