Maintenance updates for R2024b

1. Update GitHub CI
2. Improve CollectData function and note that it may not work from live
   script in R2024a, but it will definitely work from the Command Line.
3. Add solutions to InstructorResources
4. Update the P-H diagram block in ModelFridge*Soln.slx
5. Update instructions and minor code changes in Model_FridgeSoln.mlx
6. Update testing files so that Model_FridgeSoln.mlx will run entirely
7. Update the project to delete old references
