Active sessions menu is not populating details of any previous or present active user #356
Comments
This functionality is intended to show "active" sessions, so we wouldn't expect to see details of a user who has logout. It should, however, show the details of the current user... and indeed works on all the instances I've just tried. So we will need more details to understand how you're testing this in order to reproduce it |
Thanks @jamesrwelch for the update, i will retest the defect by ensuring that i have other user in active session, as I feel the "Last Access" column will indicate the last time the user was accessing the system, since no reference in the documentation on how this functions. |
I am happy to close defect after retesting based on @jamesrwelch input above. |
