Protector-Plugin 1.9.1-3 for TShock 5.2 on Terraria 1.4.4.9

NOTE:

• This plugin requires PluginCommonLibrary to be on your server to work.

Changes:

• Fixed quick stack not working on chests.
• Added a permission making players allowed to create protections only within allowed regions

Known issues:

• There are bugs when quick stacking items from a void bag to chests(ie. Bank chests not updating when this happens causing the items to disapear)
