Environment

45.2 was reported, but having the same issue with the Repo
Windows 10
Java 8

Description

Reported via PM.

Finally getting down to layout on the TRO...and I noticed one of my designs is missing dots in almost all areas. It is an Aero fighter with the following...

Front = 200 (this shows)
L/R Wings = 173 (these don't show)
Aft = 145 (these don't show)

Any thoughts? I'm using 0.45.2 now...and checked to see if it would display, and still doesn't. This file was created in a previous version (can't remember which) of MML.

Attached are the BLK files and a sample RS printed from the Repo.

Files

Habu.zip
Habu Prime.pdf

I'm guessing since no responses, no one has looked into this yet?

Thanks

Sorry, if I had read this closer I would have made time for it. The problem is that the routine that lays out the pips shrinks the space between the pips to make them fit, but if it exceeds a certain amount the space ends up being reduced to zero and all the pips are drawn on top of each other. For ASFs the maximum armor value that it can handle is 200 nose, 148 wing, and 132 aft. Looking at where it puts the pips at the top end, I think it should be possible to add overflow to other areas and make this one printable.

The part of the aft marked in green should be big enough to hold another 14 points. To get an additional 26 on each wing they will need to go into the red space. Given the difference between the square grid in the aft and the hex grid in the wings, as well as the darker line outlining the aft section I think it should be sufficiently obvious which section it goes with.

Hello,

No problem at all...things happen.

So if I'm reading this right, the total armor dots for the left & right wings on this specific will show if you add the ability to do dots on the red sections?

Sounds like a plan!

Thanks

While working on the wing and aft armor layout I noticed that the nose armor has a maximum of 200, which is exactly what this unit has. It's also blocky and in my opinion unsightly so I reworked that part also to use available space. This is what I have now:

That will work just fine...thank you!
