Refine package meson buld option, only enable vfe-vhostd build. Add app/vfe-vdpa/vfe-vhostd.service.in and install to /usr/lib/systemd/system/vfe-vhostd.service RM: 3664530 Signed-off-by: Yajun Wu <yajunw@nvidia.com>
