This reverts commit 323d161.
DPU hotplug events were not updated correctly in /var/run/hw-management/dpu[1-4]/events directory during a reboot or hw-mgmt restart. This commit fixes the issue. Signed-off-by: Ciju Rajan K <crajank@nvidia.com>
