1. Allow operator to Get/List/Watch nodes when deployed as an image 1.1 Add ClusterRole to watch/get/list Nodes 1.2 Add ClusterRoleBinding to the operator service accoubt 2. Add a placeholder for namespace "REPLACE_NAMESPACE" in templates as during deployment they will need to be filled in a similar manner as "REPLACE_IMAGE" is today.
