General note - could you add several results from your measurements to the commit message with description of environment? It will be very useful for reviewers

I change "wr_batching" param to "no_wr_batching" for disable batch with default value False

nvmf/rdma: Add WR batch rdma new transport option

With x86 and low queue depths with multiple QPs/initiators
there is a benefit from disable batch when we have randread IO pattern.

Testing environment: x86, Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4116 CPU @ 2.10GH

Fix this by making iters a zero-length array and put it in a union with a
