Complete redesign for transactions created from dapps

The task is to make the confirmation flow for transactions created from dapps match the new designs. The main screen looks like:

The components needed should already have been created when resolving #1484, #1497, #1499, #1500

As part of this task, the function name will have to be added to the header added with #1484
