Delete is hidden when editing a contact

Describe the bug

Go to Settings > Contacts and add a contact if you don't already have one. Then tap on that contact to bring up the Edit Contact view. Notice how below the Edit contact CTA you don't see anything, but you can still delete a contact on this view.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Contacts
2. If you don't already have a contact, then add a contact
3. Tap on that contact to bring up edit contact view
4. tap edit
5. below the Edit contact CTA you'll notice there's a delete that's hidden

Expected behavior

Deleting a contact should not be hidden and should be clearly visible.
