Mobile version of: MetaMask/metamask-extension#11151

Not only should we show address book entries on the confirmation screen when they are available, but we should also encourage the user to create address book entries whenever unknown addresses are encountered.

Eventually, we should also ask the user if they'd like to share this name, which at first could mean "with MetaMask", but then could connect to friends, and allow indicating recommended contract names in social graphs.
