Unable to cancel or speed up from Transaction detail

Describe the bug
After submitting a transaction with unreasonably low gas, I am unable to cancel or speed up the transaction details. These buttons DO open the cqncel/speed up modal from the activity view, but do not function after clicking to view transaction details.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Tap Send from wallet view
2. Tap "transfer between my accounts"
3. select another address
4. Enter an amount
5. Tap the estimated gas fee CTA
6. Tap "Advanced options"
7. Drop the max priority fee to <.5 GWEI
8. Drop the Max fee to <0.6 GWEI
9. Tap "save"
10. Tap "send"
11. Go into activity and tap to expand the transaction
12. Try to tap Speed up or cancel and note that the proper modal does not open
13. If you go back to activity level the cancel and speed up button open the proper modal after being tapped.

Expected behavior
These buttons if tapped from transaction details
