Mars Rover is a proof-of-concept Android app designed to data gathered by NASA's Curiosity, Opportunity, and Spirit rovers on Mars and make it more easily available to other developers, educators, and citizen scientists.
- User can browse a screen that displays a list of Images from all Rovers and all available cameras.
- Each List item displays
·Which rover took the picture. (ex: Curiosity)
·The date the picture was taken. (ex: 2015-05-30)
·Which camera was used. (ex : Front Hazard Avoidance Camera) - User can view the images list and endlessly scroll through images.
- User can click on any list item to view more details on this specific image.
- User can navigate to an image details screen which displays the photo with
·Name. (ex: Curiosity)
·Launch date. (ex: 2012-08-06)
·Landing date. (ex: 2011-11-26)
.Status. (ex: active) - App monitors network connectivity and error handling.
- App allow retry loading images in case of a failure occurred.
