Currently, googling "can azure storage explorer be used over internet?" doesn't yield the result. To find out the answer, one has to dig through documentation pages and do some interpretation. I've added that addition so googling it can yield the result instantly.

@azarboon I'm still a bit confused. Why would someone need to ask this question? Storage Explorer is used to connect to and manage Azure storage resources. When connecting to any cloud service, an Internet connection is implicitly required.
