Hi @SimonJHudson

Following are blocking issues that need to be resolved before we can merge:

There are strange characters in a heading on line 21 "Overview of the Concepts [tl;dr]".

Blocking

The heading 1 contains special characters. It does not look good on staging.


After you resolve the blocking issues, remove the Back to submitter label and add the Sign off label again.

@padmagit77 - We've had the "[tl;dr]" in many of our articles for a long time. Is this a new restriction?
