Denodo: added ConnectionTimeout config parameter #541

This pull request adds a new section called "Use of the ConnectionTimeout parameter" to the documentation for the Denodo Connector.

This new parameter has been included in version 1.0.6 of the connector, which has just been submitted to MS for its approval.
