Include Windows Terminal install instructions on docs / Microsoft store install not working

I wanted to install DevHome so I clicked on the button on the docs. This opened up the Microsoft Store but it wouldn't install and left me permanently stuck with the spinner and "ready to download" message.

I'd recommend including the Windows Terminal instructions to install (winget install Microsoft.DevHome) in case the Microsoft Store is experiencing issues OR directly make the button run that command in the terminal if Microsoft Store is not reliable.

Sorry you had trouble installing via Microsoft Store! I know that there was an update just released... maybe that affected your install? In any case, agree that we should include instructions to install via Terminal in the docs! Thanks for the contribution - I'll get it added!
