I'm always struggling with thoughts if I should add another type of source to ePiframe, i.e. DeviantArt, Instagram, etc. or adding new information on the frame, i.e. cryptocurrency levels, calendar, etc. But maintaining such in the future alone, keeping a track of the versions, protocols, etc. would be very hard. So I thought maybe someone can do anything he likes for the ePiframe by himself and here it is - plugins. Plugins can extend all functions of ePiframe, so if You like Instagram - go on create a plugin for that. You'd like to display something on frame - it's easy with tutorial, examples and documentation. It's not that I'm moving the pressure off my shoulders, it's more that I would like to add everything to ePiframe but creating a Frankestein that has and does everything is not a good idea - as they say: if something is for everything then it's for nothing.
