Miskatino v1.7 for Arduino, AtMega328 and STM32F103

This release is mainly dedicated to prevention of various errors, like spoiling memory when code / vars become too large. Also for arduino we now have option to clear eeprom by pulling down RX on start.

Miskatino v1.5 for Arduino, AtMega328 and STM32F103

This firmware will work with:

• Arduino Mini, Nano, Duemilanove (AtMega328 based), Micro, Leonardo (AtMega32u4 with USB) having 2k RAM
• bare AtMega328 chip with minimum connections
• StMicro's STM32F103 (ARM Cortex-M3)

Pin digital input/output, ADC, time functions, arrays, subroutines support.
