Here is given the source code file and data. You can use this to convert from csv file to xlsx file. Then this code will upload on the workbook sheet. Even here is also showing how to take entry Data int Python and how to import it. So, I think this will be helpful to you to make a excel file. And finally you can make a wonderful 3D map by using Excel.
