MHIG Maps will not load

Describe the bug
I can't load maps after updating to MHIG_US_AU_K2019

Check known issues before reporting
Looks like one other person is seeing the same issue as I am. Put SD card in slot 1 and try to update Maps it gives this media is invalid.
Add M.I.B LOG file to your report

Additional context
I used 3.7.1 to upgrade the FEC activation code to 021100ee and is legal. Your code and support for updating the MIB software was very well done and worked flawlessly!It seems like NavDB is corrupted.

Ok, after formatting the HDD partition which gets rid of the navigation db. Now I get this.
However, any guidance or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Resolved
You must buy a used MHIG with same part number. Disassemble the unit extract the Nvidia board which has the hard drive on it. Install it. You will not be prompted for consumer protection stuff. Make sure the maps come up an all audio is available. Take to the dealer and have them install the latest maps on it. Wala all complete!
