Quickstart

Running on Google Colab

You can load this notebook in Google Colab by using the following url: https://colab.research.google.com/github/MultiQC/MultiQC_Notebook/blob/master/multiqc_example.ipynb

Running Locally

Run locally by installing Jupyter and launching within this directory:

git clone https://github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC_Notebook.git
cd MultiQC_Notebook
jupyter lab
