When the rendered viewport size is not a fixed number (has decimals), the reached event is not calculated accurately though is not fired

Need to change the viewport size to a round pixel value

Angular:
ngx-scrollbar: 13.0.0
Browser(s):
Operating System (e.g. Windows, macOS, Ubuntu):
