Installing reb2sac

Dependencies

Before compiling reb2sac, make sure you have the necessary dependencies:

1. gsl
2. libsbml

Compiling reb2sac

If you want to compile reb2sac from source, simply run:

./configure
make
make install

The GUI for reb2sac is iBioSim. For more information about installation, see iBioSim.
