🗒️ Summary
Added references to GDR LOLA data into the GeoSTAC script. The data is considered derived from if their bounding boxes overlap. Also, per Sean's worry of invalid characters, it's also been fixed by adding a pipe to encode characters such as & and <, >.

The labels are able to build and load into the registry.
