Description

Bug fix for COARE3.5 - slope coefficient "m" is off by an order of magnitude (change 0.017 to 0.0017) - this option is not used by default so not a high priority.
Move 4 internal parameters to namelist options: isftcflx (default = 0), iz0tlnd (default = 0), sfclay_compute_flux (default = .false.), sfclay_compute_diag (default = .false.)
