In UVCDAT it is possible to convert the same.
Once we completed the #5 then we will be able to convert this hybrid to pressure coord and get back to iris cube, so that will be able to write in grib2 files.

solved #6 by setting min value as 0.0051 of soil moisture volumetric …

…and tropical mean as soil temp min within 60S to 60N region and over extra tropic min as 0 moisture and pole's min temp
