What's new?
- The main change is that the acquisition time array is now updated when deleting a
Fid
withFidArray.del_fid()
, e.g. to remove outlier points from a metabolic time-course. This facilitates easier further analysis, processing and parameter fitting. - Update processing so that
FidArray.t
andFidArray._params['acqtime']
refer to t in the middle of the acquisition, not at the end (for easier time-course analysis). Since eachFid
is acquired with multiple transients/scans, it represents an average signal. The appropriate time-point for this is in the middle of the acquisition period. - Various bug fixes, notably in
FidArray.save_to_file()
