As documented in g-w issue #1067, updates need to be made to
modulefiles/GDAS/$machine.lua
and the spack-stack installation to include modules and variable definitions found in g-wmodulefiles/module_base.$machine.lua
. Absent these updates GDASApp jobs fail when run in g-w with unbound variable errors. This issue is opened to document GDASApp module updates. Updates to the spack-stack installation will necessitate the opening of issue(s) in spack-stack.
While updating modulefiles in order to cycle GDASApp within g-w, realize that changes in addition to modulefiles are necessary. These changes will also be tracked in this issue.
