The hpc-stack installation directory is missing on Orion:

 ls -l /work/noaa/epic-ps/role-epic-ps/hpc-stack/libs
/bin/ls: cannot access /work/noaa/epic-ps/role-epic-ps/hpc-stack/libs: No such file or directory
