HPC-Stack is a hierarchical installation of EMC infrastructure for running their workflows and models. This stack is maintained by the NCEP libraries group. You can either install this stack in your personal work area (follow the instructions in the README) or use the centrally maintained stacks on the different platforms that NCEP libraries team supports.

To use the official installations start with the instructions provided for the specific machines in the official installations page. This will provide you with a hierarchical list of modules and options that you can then follow to load the specific libraries needed for your work.
