After code change it may be necessary to install on BOTH Valley and Mountain. Use “install.sh”.
The preferred way to run tests right after dev changes is with /sandbox/tada/tests/smoke/smoke.all.sh Run on Valley (vagrant, after install of fresh software to Valley and maybe Mtn) as “tester” user with venv loaded.
The MARS audit app provides help in tracking FITS files through our system.
If you are trying to keep track of just a couple files (audit records) that you keep submitting, it may be useful to use admin/audit/auditrecord to mark all audit records as “HIDE” and use the “HIDE=False” fitler to display only non-HIDE records. Each time a record is updated, its HIDE field will be reset to False so it will become visible in the filtered list.
Useful MARS services:
- audit/recent
- list of audit records updated today
- audit/recentcnt
- number of occurances of various audit field values
