Speeds up interpolation over many variables when calculating the FLORIS predictions for a dataset.

Additional supporting information
Rather than recalculating the triangulation for the scatter-based interpolant for every variable, we re-use it to reduce the number of repeated operations.
Test results, if applicable
Speed-ups can be up to a factor 10 on my machine.
