Follow-up to #2056, which I developed against v0.10. After upgrading to last week's dev release, I noticed that the
exclude_modulesmatching pattern in quantize.py had changed tofnmatchcasein #1793 (see this line). I have now adopted the matching pattern inconvert_utils.pyto be consistent with this change.
