Describe the bug
All required directories are not created when using the WSL.
The system does not differentiate between Linux and WSL, and the folders are not created.

Please complete the following information:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • OS version: 23H2
  • Program version: v.0.5.3.beta

Fixing the problem with checking and reworking some functions.
Also add a revised header for set_main_dir_with_wsl in the windows version.
