Adjoint tutorials are updated, including:

Modified obsolete code
Used and documented the approach in Document alternative method to impose design symmetries #2093 to address Incorrect adjoint gradients with overlapping design variables #1984
Used the metalens instead of bend to introduce epigraph formulation
Slightly changed the metalens setup
