YART 0.0.0.2-120417 STABLE

This is an early (pre) version of YART 0.0.0.2, it is stable though.

Added Features:

• Added a first run utility, which asks for your SteamID64 or TruckersMP ID, to give you personalised information.
• Welcome panel, to welcome you back.
• Added a easily identifiable logo
• Added a splash screen.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a critical crash that could occur on startup.

To be implemented ready for 0.0.0.2:

• Fix UI lag caused by autorefresh of servers.
• Add TruckersFM radio.
