Welcome to the first hotfix for YART, that didn't take long, did it?

Anyways, a critical bug was fixed:

• Fixed a bug where if any server was down, the launcher would fail to open

And a lesser bug was fixed:

• Disabled being able to browse out of TruckersMP.com in the news browser.
