Update translations from Transifex for Skosmos 2.13 release

Reasons for creating this PR

Pick up newest translation updates made on the Transifex platform since release 2.12

• Closes Translation for de/German updated and completed (transifex) #1225
• Closes Change wording of note for deprecated concepts #1181

Description of the changes in this PR

There are substantial updates to German (by @schlawiner, see #1225) and Brazilian Portuguese (by Pedro Paulo Favato Barcelos). The other changes are either new strings related to the deprecated concepts shown in New tab (#1165) with no translation yet, or changes to the message shown for deprecated concepts (#1181, #1237).

Known problems or uncertainties in this PR

Missing translations for many languages, but that's always a fact of life.

New tests are not necessary for simple changes to translated strings. Existing tests pass locally.
