.NET 6 API for generating invoices (more to add)

Uses Swagger UI for self documentation at /swagger/index.html (https://localhost:7192/swagger/index.html as an example if running locally)

Currently has 1 POST endpoint that generates an invoice for the given data at (/Invoice)
