More Bows for Forge 1.20.x - Simplified Chinese translation (v1.0.13)

This release adds a Simplified Chinese translation, thanks to #14 by @panda-lsy! It also happens to add compatibility with LexForge 1.20.2 by removing some unnecessary networking code.

If you want to use this release, simply download the file named "MoreBows-1.0.13+1.20.x.forge.jar" and add it to your mods folder.
