Last updated date error #9

The last updated date is not working on a page by page basis. Updating a single page updates the date and time on all pages currently.

I've tweaked how this is rolled out to the server.

The server now serves the doc file and pulls the github repo, to automate pulling I've setup a script on my jenkins server that just sshs in and pulls the git repo.

Seems to have fixed this issue.
