It will be great to allow set the default environment variables on User side.

For example after installing client bootstrap and packages, it would be nice to be able to set defaul environment variables, with command:

source /usr/local/pkg/env.sh

The file will contain default variables, for example:

export PKGSRC_HOME=/usr/local/pkg

export CMAKE_C_COMPILER=${PKGSRC_HOME}/bin/clang
export CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=${PKGSRC_HOME}/bin/clang++
export PYTHON=${PKGSRC_HOME}/bin/python2.7
export PYTHON3=${PKGSRC_HOME}/bin/python3.7
export JAVA_HOME=${PKGSRC_HOME}/java/adoptopenjdk11-bin

It would simplify the setup process.
Do you know how to implement that?

Set PATH, JAVA_HOME etc in your .profile and be done?

I would like to use it in CI. So it would be much easier to have only one file to include.
With that solution everything would be set automatically and it will be connected with PkgSrc release.

Also for developers it will be much easier to setup. They need to just inclue one file. After upgrade PkgSrc, the file (with eg. PATH, JAVA_HOME) could be also updated.

Unless I miss something, you need to write this file yourself.

Thanks. I will do that.

Patchlevel 8 (Dec 2020)

NEW FEATURES:

o Use deflate to embed image data into eps output, often substantially
  reducing file size.
o Embed pdf files into ps output by converting the pdf to eps.
o Allow negative arrow widths. This might be useful for asymmetric arrow
tips, which can thus be mirrored around the corresponding line.

BUGS FIXED:

Ticket numbers refer to https://sourceforge.net/p/mcj/tickets/#.
o Reject negative text font sizes. Fixes ticket #86.
o Allow fig files ending without previous eol character. Fixes #83, #84.
o Accept text and ellipse angles only within -2*pi to 2*pi. Fixes #76.
o Allow -1 as default TeX font, not only 0. Fixes #71, #75, #81.
o Do not allow ASCII NUL anywhere in input. Fixes #65, #68, #73, #80.
o Use getline() to improve input scanning.
  Fixes tickets #58, #59, #61, #62, #67, #78, #79, #82.
o Correctly scan embedded pdfs for /MediaBox value.
o Convert polygons having too few points to polylines. Ticket #56.
o Reject huge arrow types causing integer overflow. Ticket #57.
o Allow Fig v2 text strings ending with multiple ^A. Ticket #55.
o Embed images in pdfs with their original compression type, i.e., leave
the gs switch "-dAutoFilterColorImages" at its default value "true".

[1.22]

  * Deprecate isNull from Builder: null can serve just as well (#67).
Use null instead of isNull in Arbitrary (Christian Despres, #84).

  * Use untagged JSON encoding for single-constructor types (#75, #76,
Christian Despres). All of the single constructor types related
to Table are now represented in JSON either as arrays (for
multi-argument constructors) or as the representation of the
inner type (for single argument constructors). This behaviour
for newtype-defined and multi-argument non-record types is now
consistent across the entire JSON interface, with the exception
of Pandoc itself (which is represented as a JSON object with
additional metadata). Multi-argument records (of which Citation
is the only example) are still represented as objects with the
    record accessors as keys.

  * The Meta and Citation types now use derived JSON serialization (newtype
and generic, respectively). The format remains the same as before
    (Christian Despres).

  * New serialization tests now test that Meta and the Table types are
encoded properly in JSON (Christian Despres).

  * Use TH To/FromJSON instances (Christian Despres).

  * Remove unused Legacy modules (#80, Despres).
They are not exported, and are not used internally.

  * Change the table builder to permit looser intermediate table heads (#77,
    Christian Despres).

The table builder (and the normalizeTableBody function) now permit
cells in the intermediate head of a TableBody to extend past the
RowHeadColumns. This allows for intermediate tables to have
subheadings that extend across the entire table.

Formerly the table builder would treat the intermediate head like the
intermediate body, and clip or drop cells that extended past the row
    head.

  * Update QuickCheck lower bound.

  * Fix redundant pattern match.

[1.21]

  * Add Underline constructor (#68, Vaibhav Sagar).

  * Improve table types to allow col, rowspans and more (#65, Christian
Despres). The additions include modification of the Block type, some
newtypes related to tables, and changes to the table builders. The table
builder is now aware of the new Table constructor, and normalizes the
input table appropriately, so that when laid onto a grid the resulting
table has no empty spaces, overlapping cells, or cells that extend beyond
    their section boundary.

Three properties of normalization are checked:

    - Normalization is idempotent.
    - Each row of a normalized table is an initial segment of the
corresponding row in the unnormalized table, modulo changed cell
dimensions, dropped cells, and padding with empty cells. This is only
checked for the first row of the TableBody, however, due to row head
      difficulties.
    - The sum of the cell lengths in the first row of every
normalized table section is always equal to the total table width.

`simpleTable` has been changed so that a null header list becomes a
TableHead with a null body, not a TableHead with a single empty row.

  * Bump QuickCheck upper bound.

  * Change lower bound for QuickCheck to 2.10 (needed for `liftShrink2`).

  * Small code quality improvements (Joseph C. Sible, #69).

  * Allow aeson 1.5 (#72, Felix Yan).

  * Fixed documentation typo (Merlin Göttlinger).

  * Add COMPLETE pragmas to the pattern definitions (Christian Despres).

# waldo 0.3.0

* `compare()` is now considerably faster when comparing complex objects that
don't have any differences (thanks to strategic use of `identical()`) (#86).

* `compare()` gains two improvements to low-level diffs:

    * Structurally identical data frames (#78) and numeric matrices (#76) gain
a row-by-row diff that makes it easier to see where exactly values differ.

    * An element-by-element diff will be automatically used if it's shorter than
the "smart" diff. This improves diff quality when comparing two vectors
      that aren't really related (#68).

* `compare()` gains a `list_as_map` argument thanks to an idea from @dmurdoch.
It allows you to compare the behaviour of two lists when they are used to
connect names to values (i.e. the list is operating as a map or dictionary).
It removes `NULL`s and sorts named components (#72).

* The objects involved in `compare()` (as opposed to the caller of `compare()`)
gained much greater ability to control the comparison.

    * Objects can now contain a `waldo_opts` attribute, a list with the same
names and valid values as the arguments to `compare()`, which overrides
      the default comparisons (@dmurdoch).

    * `compare_proxy()` is now called earlier (before type comparison) making
      it more flexible (#65).

    * `compare_proxy()` gains a second argument, `path`, used to report how the
proxy changed the object. This makes it easier to see when and how a proxy
      is used (#73).

    * Proxies now exist for comparing RProtoBuf objects, converting them to
      proto text format (#82, @michaelquinn32).

* Comparing a list with symbol to a list without that element no longer errors
  (@mgirlich, #79).

right option within the docs. Note: this may impact your current
tables and hence the major version (2.0.0).
* Changed so that `css.cell` is properly applied to rownames, cell
fillers and the actual cells of interest (may impact the final
  layout!)
* Breaking change `tidyHtmlTable`: Moved to a fully tidyverse
compatible system with tidyHtmlTable. This is a breaking change to
the API as we switch from columns as strings to `tidyselect` syntax
and as `gather`/`spread` have been replaced by
`pivot_longer`/`pivot_wider` the default values have been updated in
  accordance with their defaults, e.g. `rnames = "name"` and `value =
  "value"`.
* Breaking change `tidyHtmlTable`: Sorting of rows is skipped as we
may have situations with repeating inputs and this can easily be
performed pre-function by calling `dplyr::arrange`. This has
furthermore the desirable feature that any custom sorting is
  retained.
* Added *mso-number-format* to help (Issue #63) - thanks Rasmus Hertzum
* txtRound can now add txtInt when formatting the integer section for
  easier readability
* Added htmlTable css options - they should all start with
  `htmlTable.`
* `pos.caption` now uses match.arg as expected
* Fixed proper S3 function definition for `htmlTable` with all the
  arguments
* Added `htmlTable.css.border` style option for allowing to choose
border style. Also fixed bug with cgroup empty cells and vertical
  border.
* Added `htmlTable.pretty_indentation` option for skipping the
stripping of all the tabs that was required due to old Pandoc bug.
* Added `attr(x, "html") <- TRUE` by default and UTF-8 encoding on all
outputted strings to mimic the `htmltools::HTML` function behavior.
* For simple tibble output the `tidyHtmlTable` can now be used to
choose a column for the rnames argument
* The print statement now respects the `chunk_output_type` in Rmd
  files in RStudio
* `tidyHtmlTable` now accepts table function that allows switching to
  other table functions
* Added `css.header` style as using `css.cell` wasn't entirely
  intuitive (fixes issue #73)

                            Release Notes

                            NEW FEATURES

Please note that that ISC DHCP is licensed under the Mozilla Public
License, MPL 2.0. Please see https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/MPL/2.0/ to read
the MPL 2.0 license terms.

NOTE: The client and relay components are now End-Of-Life.
4.4.3 is the final release for those components.

For information on how to install, configure, and run this software, as
well as how to find documentation and report bugs, please consult the
README file.

ISC DHCP uses the standard GNU configure command for installation. Please review the
output of `./configure --help` to see what options are available.

The system has only been tested on Linux and FreeBSD, and may not work on
other platforms. Please subscribe to the dhcp-users mailing list at
https://lists.isc.org/mailman/listinfo/dhcp-users and report any problems
and/or suggested fixes to dhcp-users@lists.isc.org.

ISC DHCP is open source software maintained by Internet Systems
Consortium. This product includes cryptographic software written
by Eric Young (eay@cryptsoft.com).

		Changes since 4.4.2-P1 (New Features)

- Two new OMAPI function calls were added, `dhcpctl_timed_connect()`
  and `dhcpctl_timed_wait_for_completion()`. These provide timed
versions of creating a connection and waiting for an operation
  to complete.
  [GitLab #76]

- The BIND libraries have been updated to the latest version, 9.11.36. This fixes a number
of compilation issues on various systems, including OpenWRT. Thanks to
Philip Prindeville for testing on OpenWRT.
  [GitLab #218, #171, #180, #192]

- Support was added for the new DHCPv4 option v6-only-preferred, specified
in RFC 8925. A new reason code, V6ONLY, was added to the client script
and the client Linux script sample was updated.
  [GitLab #132]

		Changes since 4.4.2-P1 (Bug Fixes)

- Minor corrections were made to allow compilation under gcc 10.
  [GitLab #117]

- The logic in dhclient that causes it to decline DHCPv4 leases if the
client script exits abnormally (i.e. crashes) has been corrected.
  [GitLab #123]

- The limit on the size of a lease file that can be loaded at startup
is now only enforced on 32-bit systems.
  [GitLab #92]

- The PRNG initialization has been improved. It now uses the configure flag
`--with-randomdev=PATH`, which specifies the device from which to read the
initial seed. That is typically `/dev/random` (the default value) or
`/dev/urandom`, but may be specified otherwise on the local system. The old
behavior can be forced by disabling this feature (`--with-randomdev=no`).
If the initialization is disabled or reading from the random device fails,
the previous algorithm (retrieve the last four bytes of hardware addresses
from all network interfaces that have them, and use the current time and
  process ID) is used.
  [GitLab #197]

- A minor dhclient code fix was made to remove compilation warnings.
  [GitLab #190]

- The hard-coded MD5 algorithm name was removed in OMAPI connection logic.
Previously, using any other algorithm via a key-algorithm statement would
allow OMAPI connections to be made, but subsequent actions such as updating
  an object would fail.
  [GitLab #148]

- The parallel build has been improved. Thanks to Sergei Trofimovich for
the patch. The parallel build is still experimental, as officially the
BIND 9 code does not support the parallel build for libraries.
  [GitLab #91]

- Handling of LDAP options (`ldap-gssapi-principal` and `ldap-gssapi-keytab`)
has been improved. This is contributed code that has not been tested by ISC. Thank
you to Petr Mensik and Pavel Zhukov for the patches!
  [GitLab !56,!75]

- It is now possible to use `option -g ipaddr` in the dhcrelay to replace the giaddr sent to
clients with the given ipaddr, to work around bogus clients like Solaris 11
grub which use giaddr instead of the announced router (3) to set up their
default route. Thanks to Jens Elkner for the patch!
  [GitLab #223, !86, !92]

#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-# Changes in TTR version 0.24.2 #-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#

BUG FIXES

  - Check for 'ratio > 0' before calculating 'n' in zlema() C code. The prior
code could result in division by 0, which was flagged by clang-UBSAN.
Thanks to Prof Brian Ripley for the report. (#100)

#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-# Changes in TTR version 0.24.1 #-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#

BUG FIXES

  - Fix leading NA accounting in wma() C code. The prior code caused invalid
reads under valgrind. Thanks to Prof Brian Ripley for the report. (#99)

  - Check for 'ratio > 0' before calculating 'n' in ema() C code. The prior
code could result in division by 0, which was flagged by UBSAN. Thanks to
Prof Brian Ripley for the report. (#100)

  - Make ALMA() output length equal input length when the input can not be
converted to xts. This was caused by the difference between
rollapply.default() and rollapply.xts(). Thanks to GitHub user
    marksimmonds for the report. (#29)

  - Fix stoch() in very rare cases where fastK is Inf. I could only reproduce
this if the Close is > High and High and Low are equal, but that is a data
error. I fixed anyway because there may be other cases I don't anticipate.
Thanks to GitHub user cjuncosa for the report. (#52)

  - Fix MFI() when money flow is always zero or positive. The denominator of
the money ratio will be zero if there is no negative money flow for 'n'
consecutive observations (e.g. during a strong up-trend), which causes the
money flow index to be Inf. Set the money flow index to 100 in this case.

And the money ratio will be NaN if there's no money flow for 'n'
consecutive observations (e.g. if there are no trades), which causes the
money flow index to be NaN. Set the money flow index to 50 in this case.

Thanks to GitHub user jgehw for the report, reproducible example, and
    suggested patch. (#81)

#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-# Changes in TTR version 0.24.0 #-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#

SIGNIFICANT USER-VISIBLE CHANGES

  - Updated stockSymbols() to use the NASDAQ FTP site instead of downloading
the CSV from the NASDAQ stock screener page. Some columns are no longer
populated because they are not provided in the FTP file:
      LastSale ,MarketCap, IPOyear, Sector, Industry
These columns will be removed in a future version. (#98, #5, #97)

  - runPercentRank(x, n, cumulative = TRUE) now sets observations in the
initialization period to NA. This is consistent with the other
running/rolling functions in TTR. If you want the previous behavior,
    you should use runPercentRank(x, n = 1, cumulative = TRUE). Thanks to
GitHub user httassadar for the report. (#73)

NEW FEATURES

  - Add Ehler's Correlation Trend Indicator. Thanks to Evelyn Mitchell for
the suggestion, and for Ethan Smith for the initial implementation. (#92)

BUG FIXES

  - runMAD() returned incorrect values when 'cumulative = TRUE' and the input
contained leading NA. Thanks to GitHub user stellathecat for the report.
This also affected runMedian() also. (#93)

  - ZLEMA() would crash when 'ratio = 0.0' and 'n' was not specified. Thanks
to GitHub user yogat3ch for the report! (#95)

  - WMA() did not return an xts object when passed an xts object for 'x' that
had leading NA, with the default 'wts = 1:n'. Thanks to Cory Fletcher for
reporting this issue via email. (#96)

  - stoch() was wrong when 'bounded = FALSE'. Thanks to GitHub user rfinfun
for the report and patch. (#74)

  - HMA() threw an error when 'n' was an odd number. This was because the
first call to WMA() used 'n = n / 2' which caused 'n' to not be an
integer. Thanks to GitHub user dragie for the report. (#76)

2.0.0.1 (2021-11-02)
====================

- The underlying universal functions in ``erfa.ufunc`` now work with an ``out``
argument also if the required output is a structured array. [gh-76]

2.0.0 (2021-05-17)
==================

- Bundled liberfa version update to v2.0.0. This includes new functionality,
and hence pyerfa 2.0.0 cannot run with previous versions of liberfa.
- ``erfa.dt_eraLDBODY`` has been corrected to ensure that the 'pv' entry is
now of type ``erfa.dt_pv``, so that cross-assignments with that dtype work
  correctly. [gh-74]
- ``erfa_generator`` now also generates a ``test_ufunc.py`` file that
runs all the C code tests on the ufuncs, thus verifying the code
wrapping worked correctly. As part of that, the ability to give
specific output file names has been removed, as it was not used.
(Note: these changes have no effect on use of PyERFA.) [gh-71]

1.7.3 (2021-04-25)
==================

- Bundled liberfa version update to v1.7.3.
- Fixed a bug that caused the output of ``rx``, ``ry``, and ``rz`` to be
boolean rather than float for some compilers/OS. [gh-72]

1.7.2 (2021-01-25)
==================

- Bundled liberfa version update to v1.7.2.
- The classproperty decorator is now thread-safe
  (backport astropy/astropy#11224).

v0.9.0
This version should be the last before the v1.0.0-beta!
Added
 - Added 3 new cargo features:
     - pgp-commands: enables the commands PGP backend (enabled by default,
       same behaviour as before)
     - pgp-gpg: enables the GPG backend (requires the gpgme lib on the system)
     - pgp-native: enables the native PGP backend
 - Added account configuration pgp to configure the way PGP operations are
   performed.

Changed
 - Moved email-writing-encrypt-cmdto pgp.encrypt-cmd.
 - Moved email-reading-decrypt-cmd to pgp-decrypt-cmd.
 - Moved email-writing-sign-cmd to pgp.sign-cmd.
 - Moved email-reading-verify-cmd to pgp.verify-cmd.

v0.8.4
Fixed
 - Fixed windows releases due to cargo deps typo.

v0.8.3
Fixed
 - Fixed windows releases due to coredump crate compilation error.
 - Fixed macos releases due to macos 12 System Integrity Protection.

v0.8.2
Changed
 - Made the code async using the tokio async runtime.
 - On Linux, made the kernel keyring the default one (the one based on
   keyutils).

Fixed
 - Fixed the way folder aliases are resolved. In some case, aliases were
resolved CLI side and lib side, which led to alias errors [sourcehut#95].

pimalaya-email-tpl
Fixed
 - Fixed default PGP verify command that was using invalid option --recipient.

pimalaya-email
Changed
 - Changed the way folder aliases are resolved. They are now resolved directly
from backend implementations, which frees interfaces from this
   responsibility [#95].
 - Bumped pimalaya_email_tpl@0.3.1.

Fixed
 - Fixed absolute folder aliases for the maildir backend [#94].
 - Fixed notmuch virtual folder [#92].

v0.8.1
Added
 - Implemented OAuth 2.0 refresh token flow for IMAP and SMTP, which means that
access tokens are now automatically refreshed and is transparent for users.
 - Added imap-oauth2-redirect-host and smtp-oauth2-redirect-host options to
customize the redirect server host name (default: localhost).
 - Added imap-oauth2-redirect-port and smtp-oauth2-redirect-port options to
customize the redirect server port (default: 9999).
 - Added email-listing-datetime-fmt to customize envelopes datetime format.
   See format spec here.
 - Added email-listing-local-datetime to transform envelopes datetime's
timezone to the user's local one. For example, if the user's local is set to
UTC, the envelope date 2023-06-15T09:00:00+02:00 becomes
   2023-06-15T07:00:00-00:00.

Fixed
 - Fixed missing < and > around Message-ID and In-Reply-To headers.

v0.8.0
Added
 - Added keyring support, which means Himalaya can now use your system's global
keyring to get/set sensitive data like passwords or tokens.
 - Added required IMAP option imap-auth and SMTP option smtp-auth. Possible
   values: passwd, oauth2.
 - Added OAuth 2.0 support for IMAP and SMTP.
 - Added passwords and OAuth 2.0 configuration via the wizard.
 - Added email-sending-save-copy option to control whenever a copy of any sent
email should be saved in the sent folder defined in folder-aliases.
 - Imported id mapper from the lib, which means that the id mapping is now done
   by the CLI.
 - Added BackendConfig to AccountConfig::backend to match sender implementation.
 - Added support for pipeline commands, which means commands can be either a
single command (string) or piped commands (list of strings). It applies for:
     - email-writing-verify-cmd
     - email-writing-decrypt-cmd
     - email-writing-sign-cmd
     - email-writing-encrypt-cmd

Changed
 - Changed release archive extensions from .tar.gz to .tgz.
 - Moved wizard module into domains (config, account, backend…).
 - [BREAKING] Changed the way secrets are managed. A secret is a sensitive data
like passwords or tokens. There is 3 possible ways to declare a secret in
   the config file:
     - { raw = <secret> } for the raw secret as string (unsafe, not
       recommanded),
     - { cmd = <secret-cmd> } for command that exposes the secret,
     - { keyring = <secret-entry> } for entry in your system's global keyring
       that contains the secret.

 - This applies for:
     - imap-passwd
     - imap-oauth2-client-secret
     - imap-oauth2-access-token
     - imap-oauth2-refresh-token
     - smtp-passwd
     - smtp-oauth2-client-secret
     - smtp-oauth2-access-token
     - smtp-oauth2-refresh-token

Fixed
 - Fixed Windows releases corrupted archives.

Removed
 - [BREAKING] Removed -s|--sanitize option. It is done by default now, except
if the -t|--mime-type html is set.
 - [BREAKING] Removed native-tls support, rustls-tls is now the only TLS
provider available. Removed in consequence native-tls, rustls-tls and
   rustls-native-certs cargo features.

pimalaya-email
Added
 - Added IP support using rustls v0.21 [#80].
 - Added AccountConfig::generate_tpl_interpreter function to generate a
template interpreter with default options based on the config (pgp encrypt,
   pgp verify and attachments dir).

Changed
 - Changed AccountConfig::addr return type from lettre::Mailbox to
   mail_builder::Address.
 - Changed AccountConfig::email_reading_headers default values to ["From",
   "To", "Cc", "Subject"].
 - Changed AccountConfig::email_writing_headers default values to ["From",
   "To", "In-Reply-To", "Cc", "Subject"].
 - Removed noise around signature by trimming it.
 - Changed Email::parsed return type from mailparse::ParsedMail to
   mail_parser::Message.
 - Changed Email::new_tpl_builder return type from Result<TplBuilder> to
   NewTplBuilder.
 - Renamed Email::to_read_tpl_builder to Email::to_read_tpl which returns now a
   Result<Tpl> directly.
 - Changed Email::to_reply_tpl_builder return type from Result<TplBuilder> to
   ReplyTplBuilder.
 - Changed Email::to_forward_tpl_builder return type from Result<TplBuilder> to
   ForwardTplBuilder.
 - Renamed backend::imap::Error::ListEnvelopesOutOfBounds by
   BuildPageRangeOutOfBoundsError.
 - Replaced [lettre] by [mail-send], [mailparse] by [mail-parser] and [maildir]
   by [maildirpp].
 - Removed native-tls support, rustls-tls is now the only TLS provider
available. Removed in consequence native-tls, rustls-tls and
   rustls-native-certs cargo features.

Fixed
 - Fixed notmuch path not being expanded correctly.
 - Fixed .notmuch folder created by notmuch new command being treated as a
folder. Because it is a folder starting by a dot, it was considered as a
   Maildir++ folder (which is not).
 - Fixed IMAP pagination error when listing envelopes [#76].

pimalaya-email-tpl
Added
 - Added parsing template from raw message support. Parsing is done via the
TplInterpreter builder, and functions TplInterpreter::interpret_* return the
   parsed template.

Changed
 - Replaced [lettre] by [mail-builder] and [mail-parser].
 - Use crate [nanohtml2text] instead of manual html to plain transform using
   ammonia, html-escape and regex.
 - Moved MML stuff in its own mml module, to be as close as what provides the
Emacs MML module. The tpl module contains stuff related to template.
A template is just an email composed of headers and one unique plain text
part. This plain text part can be written in MML.
 - Compiler options are now attached to the Tpl structure.

v0.7.3
Fixed
 - Fixed Windows releases (due to typo in the github action script).
 - Fixed unit tests.

v0.7.2
Added
 - Added create and delete folder commands [sourcehut#54].
 - Added generated completions and man pages to releases [sourcehut#43].
 - Added new account config option sync-folders-strategy which allows
to choose a folders synchronization strategy [sourcehut#59]:
     - sync-folders-strategy = "all": synchronize all existing folders
        for the current account
     - sync-folders-strategy.include = ["folder1", "folder2", …]:
     - synchronize only the given folders for the current account
     - sync-folders-strategy.exclude = ["folder1", "folder2", …]:
     - synchronizes all folders except the given ones for the current
        account

 - Also added new account sync arguments that override the account
   config option:
-A|--all-folders: include all folders to the synchronization.
-F|--include-folder: include given folders to the
     synchronization. They can be repeated -F folder1 folder2 or -F folder1
      -F folder2.
-x|--exclude-folder: exclude given folders from the
     synchronization. They can be repeated -x folder1 folder2 or -x folder1
      -F folder2.

 - Added cargo features native-tls (default), rustls-tls and
   rustls-native-certs.

Changed
 - Made global options truly global, which means they can be used
everywhere (not only before commands but also after)
   [sourcehut#60].
 - Replaced reply all -a argument with -A because it conflicted
   with the global option -a|--account.
 - Replaced himalaya-lib by pimalaya-email.
 - Renamed feature vendored to native-tls-vendored.
 - Removed the develop branch, all the development is now done on the
   master branch.

Fixed
 - Fixed config deserialization issue with email-hooks and
   email-reading-format.
 - Fixed flags case sensitivity.

User Notes:
----------------------------------------

- ### app_dial: Add option "j" to preserve initial stream topology of caller
The option "j" is now available for the Dial application which
uses the initial stream topology of the caller to create the outgoing
  channels.

- ### logger: Add channel-based filtering.
The console log can now be filtered by
channels or groups of channels, using the
  logger filter CLI commands.

- ### chan_pjsip: Add PJSIPHangup dialplan app and manager action
A new dialplan app PJSIPHangup and AMI action allows you
to hang up an unanswered incoming PJSIP call with a specific SIP
response code in the 400 -> 699 range.

- ### app_voicemail: Add AMI event for mailbox PIN changes.
  The VoicemailPasswordChange event is
now emitted whenever a mailbox password is updated,
containing the mailbox information and the new
  password.
  Resolves: #398

- ### res_speech: allow speech to translate input channel
res_speech now supports translation of an input channel
to a format supported by the speech provider, provided a translation
path is available between the source format and provider capabilites.

- ### res_pjsip: Expanding PJSIP endpoint ID and relevant resource length to 255 characters
With this update, the PJSIP realm lengths have been extended
to support up to 255 characters.

- ### res_stasis: signal when new command is queued
Call setup times should be significantly improved
  when using ARI.

- ### lock.c: Separate DETECT_DEADLOCKS from DEBUG_THREADS
You no longer need to select DEBUG_THREADS to use
DETECT_DEADLOCKS. This removes a significant amount of overhead
if you just want to detect possible deadlocks vs needing full
  lock tracing.

- ### file.c: Add ability to search custom dir for sounds
A new option "sounds_search_custom_dir" has been added to
asterisk.conf that allows asterisk to search
AST_DATA_DIR/sounds/custom for sounds files before searching the
  standard AST_DATA_DIR/sounds/<lang> directory.

- ### make_buildopts_h, et. al. Allow adding all cflags to buildopts.h
The "Build Options" entry in the "core show settings"
CLI command has been renamed to "ABI related Build Options" and
a new entry named "All Build Options" has been added that shows
  both breaking and non-breaking options.

- ### chan_rtp: Implement RTP glue for UnicastRTP channels
The dial string option 'g' was added to the UnicastRTP channel
which enables RTP glue and therefore native RTP bridges with those
  channels.

- ### app_queue: periodic announcement configurable start time.
Introduce a new queue configuration option called
'periodic-announce-startdelay' which will vary the normal (historic)
behavior of starting the periodic announcement cycle at
periodic-announce-frequency seconds after entering the queue to start
the periodic announcement cycle at period-announce-startdelay seconds
after joining the queue. The default behavior if this config option is
  not set remains unchanged.
  Signed-off-by: Jaco Kroon <jaco at uls.co.za>

- ### variables: Add additional variable dialplan functions.
Four new dialplan functions have been added.
GLOBAL_DELETE and DELETE have been added which allows
the deletion of global and channel variables.
GLOBAL_EXISTS and VARIABLE_EXISTS have been added
which checks whether a global or channel variable has
  been set.

Upgrade Notes:
----------------------------------------

- ### app.c: Allow ampersands in playback lists to be escaped.
Ampersands in URLs passed to the `Playback()`,
  `Background()`, `SpeechBackground()`, `Read()`, `Authenticate()`, or
`Queue()` applications as filename arguments can now be escaped by
single quoting the filename. Additionally, this is also possible when
using the `CONFBRIDGE` dialplan function, or configuring various
  features in `confbridge.conf` and `queues.conf`.

- ### pjsip_configuration.c: Disable DTLS renegotiation if WebRTC is enabled.
The dtls_rekey will be disabled if webrtc support is
requested on an endpoint. A warning will also be emitted.

- ### res_pjsip: Expanding PJSIP endpoint ID and relevant resource length to 255 characters
As part of this update, the maximum allowable length
for PJSIP endpoints and relevant resources has been increased from
40 to 255 characters. To take advantage of this enhancement, it is
recommended to run the necessary procedures (e.g., Alembic) to
  update your schemas.

  TLS v1.3.

- ### app_queue: Add support for applying caller priority change immediately.
The 'queue priority caller' CLI command and
'QueueChangePriorityCaller' AMI action now have an 'immediate'
argument which allows the caller priority change to be reflected
immediately, causing the position of a caller to move within the
queue depending on the priorities of the other callers.

- ### Adds manager actions to allow move/remove/forward individual
messages in a particular mailbox folder. The forward command
can be used to copy a message within a mailbox or to another

- pjsip: Upgrade bundled version to pjproject 2.13.1

User Notes:
----------------------------------------

- ### res_http_media_cache: Introduce options and customize
The res_http_media_cache module now attempts to load
  configuration from the res_http_media_cache.conf file.
  The following options were added:
    * timeout_secs
    * user_agent
    * follow_location
    * max_redirects
    * protocols
    * redirect_protocols
    * dns_cache_timeout_secs

- ### format_sln: add .slin as supported file extension
format_sln now recognizes '.slin' as a valid
file extension in addition to the existing
  '.sln' and '.raw'.

- ### bridge_builtin_features: add beep via touch variable
Add optional touch variable : TOUCH_MIXMONITOR_BEEP(interval)
  Setting TOUCH_MIXMONITOR_BEEP/TOUCH_MONITOR_BEEP to a valid
interval in seconds will result in a periodic beep being
played to the monitored channel upon MixMontior/Monitor
  feature start.
If an interval less than 5 seconds is specified, the interval
will default to 5 seconds. If the value is set to an invalid
interval, the default of 15 seconds will be used.

- ### app_senddtmf: Add SendFlash AMI action.
The SendFlash AMI action now allows sending
a hook flash event on a channel.

- ### res_mixmonitor: MixMonitorMute by MixMonitor ID
It is now possible to specify the MixMonitorID when calling
the manager action: MixMonitorMute. This will allow an
individual MixMonitor instance to be muted via ID.
The MixMonitorID can be stored as a channel variable using
the 'i' MixMonitor option and is returned upon creation if
  this option is used.
As part of this change, if no MixMonitorID is specified in
the manager action MixMonitorMute, Asterisk will set the mute
flag on all MixMonitor audiohooks on the channel. Previous
behavior would set the flag on the first MixMonitor audiohook
  found.

- ### pbx_dundi: Add PJSIP support.
DUNDi now supports chan_pjsip. Outgoing calls using
  PJSIP require the pjsip_outgoing_endpoint option
  to be set in dundi.conf.

- ### test.c: Fix counting of tests and add 2 new tests
The "tests" attribute of the "testsuite" element in the
output XML now reflects only the tests actually requested
to be executed instead of all the tests registered.
The "failures" attribute was added to the "testsuite"
  element.
Also added two new unit tests that just pass and fail
to be used for testing CI itself.

- ### cli: increase channel column width
This change increases the display width on 'core show channels'
  amd 'core show channels verbose'
For 'core show channels', the Channel name field is increased to
64 characters and the Location name field is increased to 32
  characters.
For 'core show channels verbose', the Channel name field is
increased to 80 characters, the Context is increased to 24
characters and the Extension is increased to 24 characters.

      [asterisk-announce] Asterisk 16.25.2, 18.11.2, 19.3.2 and 16.8-cert14 Now Available (Security)

The Asterisk Development Team would like to announce security releases for
Asterisk 16, 18 and 19, and Certified Asterisk 16.8. The available releases are
released as versions 16.25.2, 18.11.2, 19.3.2 and 16.8-cert14.

The following security vulnerabilities were resolved in these versions:

* AST-2022-001: res_stir_shaken: resource exhaustion with large files
When using STIR/SHAKEN, it½½½s possible to download files that are not
certificates. These files could be much larger than what you would expect to
  download.

* AST-2022-002: res_stir_shaken: SSRF vulnerability with Identity header
When using STIR/SHAKEN, it½½½s possible to send arbitrary requests like GET to
interfaces such as localhost using the Identity header.

* AST-2022-003: func_odbc: Possible SQL Injection
Some databases can use backslashes to escape certain characters, such as
backticks. If input is provided to func_odbc which includes backslashes it is
possible for func_odbc to construct a broken SQL query and the SQL query to
  fail.

Release notes View Your Mind - vym 2.8.0

This version provides bugfixes and some new features. The biggest and most
visible change are the (mostly) reworked and now scalable icons in mind maps.

At least on Linux you now can also connect to JIRA and Confluence and retrieve
data, but also create or update Confluence pages.

A brandnew feature is the (experimental) support to import and export Firefox
bookmarks - very handy to sort bigger bookmark collections.

Scripting still is considered as Technology Preview - APIs still might change
in upcoming versions, when vym will be based on Qt6. Just check out the
keyboard macros for F01 to F24 or also the example scripts.

The lists below list differences between vym 2.7.0 and 2.8.0.

Feel free to report any bugs or feature requests on

v3.0.0 - 2024/10/09
Major feature: nextest support

Hit n to launch the nextest job.

It's a default job, but you may define your own one by specifying analyzer = "nextest" in the job entry.

Internally, this is supported by a new analyzer framework which will allow easier analysis updates or addition of analysis for other tools (or languages).

Fix #196
Major feature: scope test job to failure

If you're running a test or nextest job and you want only the failing test to be retried, hit f.

If you want all tests to be executed again, hit esc.

Fix #214
Other features:
- grace period (by default 5ms) after a file event before the real launch of the command and during which other file events may be disregarded. Helps when saving a file changes several ones (eg backup then rename).
- new exports structure in configuration. New analysis export bound by default to ctrl-e. The old syntax defining locations export is still supported but won't appear in documentations anymore.
- recognize panic location in test - Fix #208
- lines to ignore can be specified as a set of regular expressions in a ignored_lines field either in the job or at the top of the prefs or bacon.toml - Fix #223
- toggle-backtrace accepts an optional level: toggle-backtrace(1) or toggle-backtrace(full) - Experimental - Fix #210
- configuration paths can be passed in BACON_PREFS and BACON_CONFIG env vars - Fix #76

Fixes:
fix changing wrapping mode not always working in raw output mode - Fix #234

# wk 0.9.0

## Breaking changes

- The common well-known binary representation of POINT EMPTY (i.e.,
POINT (nan nan)) is now handled as POINT EMPTY allowing empty points
  to roundtrip through `wkb()` vectors (#196, #204).
- `xy(NA, NA)` is now read as a null feature instead of POINT EMPTY. This
preserves the invariant that null features can also be identified using
  `is.na()` (#205).
- `xy(NaN, NaN)` is now read as POINT EMPTY and `is.na(xy(NaN, NaN))`
now returns `FALSE`. This means that both EMPTY and null points can roundtrip
  through `xy()` (#205).

## Bugfixes and improvements

- `wk_meta()` now contains a new column `is_empty`, which is `TRUE`
for any feature that contains at least one non-empty coordinate. This allows
more efficient detection of features with zero coordinates (#197, #199).
- Updated PROJ data to use the latest pull of the database packaged with
  PROJ 9.3.0 (#201).
- The wk package now compiles once again on gcc 4.8 (#203, #206).
- Fixed `sfc_writer()` to correctly attach the `classes` attribute to
sfc output with mixed geometry types (#195).
- Function `sfc_writer()` now has an argument `promote_multi` to write any
input as the MULTI variant. This makes it more likely that an input vector
will be read as a single geometry type (#198).
- The `wk_collection_filter()` now correctly increments the `part_id` when
calling the child handler (@brownag, #194).

`wk_proj_crs_json` that contain cached versions of rendered PROJJSON
based on the latest PROJ version (#147).
* Added a `wk_crs_proj_definition()` method for `wk_crs_inherit()` (#136,
  #147).
* Conversion to sf now uses the `sfc_writer()` for all wk classes, making
conversions faster and fixing at least one issue with conversion of NA
  geometries to sf (#135).
* `wk_plot()` now plots `NULL`/`NA` geometries and mixed geometry types
  more reliably (#142, #143, #149).
* Exported EMPTY geometries to well-known text now include dimension
  (e.g., `POINT Z EMPTY`) (#141, #150).
* Fixed bug where `wk_polygon()` doubled some points when the input contained
  closed rings (#134, #151).
* Fixed bug where `wk_count()` exposed uninitialized values for empty input
  (#139, #153).

  and `rct_intersection()` (#161).

# wk 0.6.0

* Fixed `wk_affine_rescale()` to apply the translate and scale
operations in the correct order (#94).
* Add `wk_handle_slice()` and `wk_chunk_map_feature()` to support
a chunk + apply workflow when working with large vectors (#101, #107).
* C and R code was rewritten to avoid materializing ALTREP vectors
  (#103, #109).
* Added a `wk_crs_proj_definition()` generic for foreign CRS objects
  (#110, #112).
* Added `wk_crs_longlat()` helper to help promote authority-compliant
  CRS choices (#112).
* Added `wk_is_geodesic()`, `wk_set_geodesic()`, and argument `geodesic`
in `wkt()` and `wkb()` as a flag for objects whose edges must
  be interpolated along a spherical/ellipsoidal trajectory (#112).
* Added `sf::st_geometry()` and `sf::st_sfc()` methods for wk geometry
vectors for better integration with sf (#113, #114).
* Refactored well-known text parser to be more reusable and faster
  (#115, #104).
* Minor performance enhancement for `is.na()` and `validate_wk_wkb()`
when called on a very long `wkb()` vector (#117).

  vectors (#64, #65, #67, #70).
* `crc()` objects are now correctly exported as polygons
  with a closed loop (#66, #70).
* Added `wk_vertices()` and `wk_coords()` to extract individual
coordinate values from geometries with optional identifying
information. For advanced users, the `wk_vertex_filter()`
can be used as part of a pipeline to export coordinates
as point geometries to another handler (#69, #71).
* Added `wk_flatten()` to extract geometries from collections.
For advanced users, the `wk_flatten_filter()` can be used as
  part of a pipeline (#75, #78).
* `options("max.print")` is now respected by all vector classes
  (#72, #74).
* Moved implementation of plot methods from wkutils to wk to
simplify the dependency structure of both packages (#80, #76).
* Added `wk_polygon()`, `wk_linestring()`, and `wk_collection()`
to construct polygons, lines, and collections. For advanced
  users, `wk_polygon_filter()`, `wk_linestring_filter()`, and
`wk_collection_filter()` can be used as part of a pipeline
  (#77, #84).
* Added a C-level transform struct that can be used to simplify
the the common pattern of transforming coordinates. These
structs can be created by other packages; however, the
  `wk_trans_affine()` and `wk_trans_set()` transforms are
also built using this feature. These are run using the
new `wk_transform()` function and power the new
  `wk_set_z()`, `wk_set_m()`, `wk_drop_z()`, `wk_drop_m()`,
  functions (#87, #88, #89).
