Description

Hi team, @julio4 I've done most of the translation again, I've seen in the action.yml the used versions and install:

Mdbook: cargo install mdbook --locked --version 0.4.35
Mdbook-last-changed: cargo install mdbook-last-changed --locked --version 0.1.4
Mdbook-i18n-helpers: cargo install mdbook-i18n-helpers --locked --version 0.1.0

I had mdbook 0.4.36 and i18n 0.3.1, now I have downgraded to those versions of Starknet By Example.

I hope everything works correctly now.

If all goes well, I would know how to identify and fix all the projects, or have them all in the same version, and not update the version too often.
