TRCA could results in classification as the
filterbankmethod is not correctly paramettrized for signal filtering.This PR fixes the
filterbankmethod and remove unused parameter in TRCA. I think it is not necessary to make a deprecation warning for dropping this parameter as this is an unstable method, that could not be used in its current state.
