This PR removes all of the code from the nexmo-dotnet repo - and turns the Nexmo.Csharp.Client into a shell project housing just a single pointer to the
Vonagepackage. As theVonagepackage contains all of the old code for theNexmo.Csharp.Clientit removes the need to maintain the Nexmo.Csharp.Client in a separate repository. All updates will be made to the Vonage package, and to update the Nexmo package will simply require a patch upgrade pointing to the latest version of the Vonage package.
