NickelLauncher is a Minecraft Bedrock Edition launcher. It is based around the idea of multi instancing similar to MultiMC.
This launcher will not allow you to pirate the game, you'll need to have it purchased.
The following directories contain all your data like resource packs, worlds, etc. If you do not backup them, the launcher will delete them completely.
